The Puducherry Government Society College Staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching) Joint Action Committee (PGSCS-JAC) refers to an unique association amalgamated with various teaching and non teaching associations spread over the different Govt. society colleges and in four regions of Puducherry.  PGSCS-JAC was established in October 2018, intensively worked as joint action committee to fulfill the long time dream of fixing the 7th pay scales for the Teaching and non-teaching staff of various government society colleges in the four regions (Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam) of Pondicherry Union Territory.

The founder President of this joint action committee was Dr. D. Ramkumar, PONSHE and the General Secretary was Mr. P. Parasuraman, PEC. other officer bearers are listed below.

The long pending 7th pay scales fixation for the teaching and non-teaching staff of Pondicherry Society Colleges was successfully completed by PGSCS-JAC on 29-8-2019 and to see the copy of the respective G.O. click HERE
