The Puducherry Government Society College Staff (Teaching and Non-Teaching) Joint Action Committee (PGSCS-JAC) refers to an unique association amalgamated with various teaching and non teaching associations spread over the different Govt. society colleges and in four regions of Puducherry.  PGSCS-JAC was established in October 2018, intensively worked as joint action committee to fulfill the long time dream of fixing the 7th pay scales for the Teaching and non-teaching staff of various government society colleges in the four regions (Puducherry, Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam) of Pondicherry Union Territory.
